One of the designer handbag brands that I like is Coach.

While I was wandering in the Gardens Mall at Mid Valley City last week, some guy promoting HSBC credit card distributed a product booklet filled with photos of luxury items from various designer brands, including Coach.

My eyes were immediately locked on these two Coach bags.

*Sigh* Nice to see, nice to hold, but not a nice price to pay.

If I really wanted to own one of these – I mean genuine ones, not the imitations – I probably had to get another part-time job with high return, say, selling life insurance may be? Haha!

In reality, however, I think would rather spend RM1,600 on a vacation in Bali.

I’ve been thinking of replacing my HP iPAQ PDA phone with a ‘normal’ mobile phone that is slimmer and less bulky, and is able to download ring tones, send picture messages, produce clear photo images, browse the internet, and to manage personal information like appointments and reminders. Of course, the look and feel of the mobile phone must be aesthetically astounding, too.

That’s why I’m putting Nokia 8800 Sapphire Arte into my wish list, coz I know it’s not something I can afford at the moment (or EVER). Its retail price is RM5,990 when released last month! Don’t think there is a big difference in its price right now.

I suppose I’ll just let this timeless, elegantly designed mobile phone remain in my wish list. In real life, I think I better stick to one that costs RM599.

When I said wish list, it’s a list of objects of desire that I know I’ll never have the chance to own them in my life, coz they are simply too big a price to pay for. That’s why it’s also a list of things I wished they could come from someone else as a birthday present, Valentine’s day present, wedding anniversary present… whatever. As long as it is free, hehe.

I figure I should jot them down in the blog so that I will never forget the things that I’ve once desired, be it a fashion or gadget item. I won’t necessarily have to own them though.

So, the first on my list is a bag from Bottega Veneta. I always like their intricately braided leather totes, such as the one below. Its inside looks spacious too, good for people like me who love stuff the bag with lots of things.
