Office gossiping is one of the entertainment forms at work, such as passing secret names behind someone’s back and using anonyms.
Two secret ‘codes’ that we have been using recently are ‘medical cart‘ and ‘Mary Brown’. It’s not that the office need to get a medical cart or sorts. Neither do we plan to go for Mary Brown’s fried chicken.
We are just using these terms because their initials are representing persons in the office (MC & MB); MC being the name initials of a person, and MB represents what we call as mini boss (MB). So we are using these secret names when we want to talk about the particular person but are afraid that she might suddenly barge into the room. At least they won’t have a clue even if they caught us talking about medical cart or Mary Brown. Haha!
We’re just a bunch of bad girls! And may be that’s how office politics usually get started. ![]()
