Jeez, what have I eaten wrong? My stomach has not been feeling well since yesterday. It’s as if something is grinding inside and I always hear weird sound coming from my belly, haha!
I’m having this semi-diarrhea episodes. It’s not truly a diarrhea, just that the stool is softer than usual. And have to do it at least a couple of times a day.
Actually, I don’t mind if this carry on for another day, so that I can rid off all the waste from my body and shed off some pounds! (I already felt that my tummy is slightly flatter now.) There is no need to look up for top weight loss pills, or perform any detoxification program, coz my body knows how to run its own natural detoxification process. Haha!
But I still wonder what was it that I ate wrong. Was it the kiwi, or the instant coffee? The kiwi was really sweet and juicy, it musn’t be it! I want to eat it again this afternoon. Perhaps it’s the coffee. So should I skip coffee or not today?
